How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing takes 3-5 business days. Please note that due to the hand-finished nature of our garments, some exclusive items may require additional time for preparation before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and customized pieces are final sale.
Why does my garment look different from the product photo?
At GALLERY DEPT., each piece is uniquely distressed, washed, or painted by hand. These variations are intentional characteristics of our vintage-inspired aesthetic, ensuring no two items are exactly alike.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
How should I care for my GALLERY DEPT. items?
To preserve the integrity of the hand-applied graphics and vintage washes, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid high heat and harsh detergents.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
