GALLERY DEPT. accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and vintage items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
